How to read your PMFKit report
Your PMFKit analysis produces three reports. Here's what each contains and how to use it.
Report 1: Discoveries
Report 1 is the main diagnostic. It summarizes what we found from your website and external data. You'll see:
- Stage — Idea Validation, Early Traction, Product-Market Fit, Scaling, or Growth
- Verdict — Continue, Pause, or Kill, with reasoning
- Focus area — The one thing to prioritize
- Blockers — Must-fix issues before progressing
- Component analyses — Brand, Product, Pricing, Market, Distribution
Use Report 1 to understand where you stand. No recommendations yet—just evidence and diagnosis.
Report 2: Context
Report 2 adds context from other companies and founders. You'll see distribution relevance (which patterns work or fail for you), expert quotes, relevant cases, and companies like you. Use it to validate the diagnosis and see how others in similar situations fared.
Report 3: Strategies
Report 3 is the action plan. It builds on Reports 1 and 2 to produce what to change, strategies by function (engineering, product, sales, marketing), small wins, next actions, and one thing this week. If you provided team size, funding stage, or goal, advice is tailored to your constraints.
