Post-v1 Expansion Roadmap
Purpose
Long-term direction after v1. Do not build these in v1. Capture here for alignment; we earn them after v1 is production-ready.
Phase 2: Multi-Input Ingestion
- Multiple URLs per run or project.
- Batch uploads (e.g. CSV of URLs).
- Interview or survey uploads as additional evidence (with clear Evidence Layer extension).
- No implementation in v1.
Phase 3: Continuous Monitoring
- Scheduled re-crawls.
- Trend reports (stage/DRL over time).
- Alerts on significant changes.
- No implementation in v1.
Phase 4: Product Discovery Co-Pilot
- Broader product discovery (not single-URL diagnostic only).
- Deeper co-pilot flows (e.g. guided next steps, roadmap suggestions).
- Possible integration with roadmap or backlog tools.
- No implementation in v1.
Earning the Roadmap
v1 must ship with:
- Structured Evidence Layer and agent contracts.
- Clear release scope and production-ready criteria met.
- Documentation and narrative aligned (CTO + CMO).
Then we prioritize Phase 2 vs 3 vs 4 based on user feedback and strategy.
