We shipped v1.9 of PMFKit with two priorities: one report by default, and no broken promises in copy.

One report: The result page now leads with a single report — Summary, Distribution, Product, Enrichment, Evidence. Benchmarks and strategic plan sit under "Deeper insights" so the first read is one coherent document. Same pipeline and evidence; we simplified how it's presented.

Copy that matches behavior: We used to say "no signup required" while the product required sign-in. We've aligned everything: "Sign in to run your first analysis. 5 free per month." Same message on the landing page, in the app, and in our communications.
