Documentation

  • Create docs/v1.9/ (README, product-plan, distribution-plan, decisions, changelog, checklist)
  • Add v1.9 link in README.md
  • First changelog entry for v1.9.0 when first changes ship

Product

  • Decide and document first-run auth in decisions.md
  • Implement chosen auth/first-run path (or copy fix)
  • Set CMO First Report as default (or only) result view; hide or gate Report 2/3 per decision
  • Set or document enrichment default; optionally cap discovery at 5 pages
  • Align free limit (5 vs 10) and all copy (landing, docs, social, pricing)

Distribution

  • Define primary metric and where it's tracked in distribution-plan.md
  • Publish distribution-plan phases and copy/asset section
  • Create v1.9 social docs (publishing guide, launch article, X, Reddit, LinkedIn, thread)
  • Execute Phase 1 (community/build-in-public) tasks
  • Prepare and execute Product Hunt (Phase 2) when ready
