PMFKit v1.9 — MVP + Distribution
Initiative: Ship one clear PMF report with minimal friction, align product and copy, execute phased GTM with full documentation.

Success criteria
- Product: User can enter a URL and get one evidence-backed PMF report with minimal friction. Copy matches behavior (no "no signup required" if sign-in is required).
- Distribution: v1.9 in front of early-stage founders via community, Product Hunt, and content; one primary metric defined and tracked.
- Documentation: Every scope, decision, and task is in this doc set; execution is auditable via checklist and changelog.

Execution order
- Create docs (this set).
- Lock decisions (first-run auth, free limit, default report, enrichment, page cap, version bump).
- Implement product (auth/copy, single-report default, enrichment/crawl, copy alignment).
- Publish distribution plan and social docs.
- Run distribution (Phase 1 → Phase 2 → Phase 3).
